Trainhappy Mums is a fun and friendly post-natal class for new mums who want to start their journey back to fitness. Classes are very sadly not running for the next few weeks due to Lockdown 2. But we will get them back up and running as soon as guidelines change 


Regain your core fitness, with an emphasis on your pelvic floor through low impact exercises, power walking and  no ab-crunches!
