Service Description

45 minutes of a fun cardio-based workout using a range of different exercises and movement to leave you feeling energised for the day ahead. Low and high impact options cater for all fitness levels. Classes are three times a week with a focus on body weight exercises Monday and Wednesday and Thursday we bring out the equipment 🏋️‍♀️
