Service Description

45 minutes of a fun, cardio-based workout using a range of different exercises and movement to leave you feeling energised for the day ahead High and low impact options for all fitness levels. Bootcamp classes are three times a week with a focus on body weight exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we get the equipment out.
